It's sold as a tour to a natural island, but it's nothing more than a visit to some farms. The animals you see are in captivity, and it's just a prepared show. It's very expensive for what it offers.
You'd be better off going to the Cleland Wildlife Park in Adelaide. For a tenth of the cost, you can see the animals freely in a pleasant environment without having to travel 5 hours there and 5 hours back at a cost ten times higher. Not recommended.
