Fantastic day!!! Given we had just had a few days in Norway, this tour was the perfect way to spend some time on the fjords (with a 2 hour ferry ride each way en route to the glacier), a Stave church and a lot of beautiful countryside and waterfalls. The glacier museum had a beautiful film and some well done educational displays. It’s the only place you can touch a piece of the glacier. From there it’s a short stop at the glacier/lake. Our driver, Rune, was a positive and accommodating guide. He always made sure we knew where we were/what we were seeing. Our boat/ferry captain pointed out so many interesting things about the fjords like the villages only accessible by boat, the practicalities of getting goods or selling sheep. Really outstanding. Mangus led us to the glacier and made sure we knew the key info. I was a bit worried after reading a negative review of the tour but that didn’t match our experience. We did pack a lunch. There was an early rest stop where food and drinks could be purchased. For us the weather was sunny and beautiful. So lucky! We had a great day!!
