We enjoyed this visit. Generally speaking it was well organised.
We arrived at 10am on a weekday in April so it was not busy.
There were lots of school buses so we waited until 1030am to enter.
We are from the UK so the car parking app will not take a Uk mobile telephone number.
So we had to enter the centre and queue at the customer services to pay for our parking which was easily done.
We immediately joined the line for the tram tour to see the saturn V rocket.
we only waited 10-15min so that was fine but there were a lot of schoolkids making a lot of news which was irritating.
The rockets outside the saturnV building are good but not really enough of them.
Would have been better if they moved the big one at the entrance to outside the saturnV building.
The rocket is impressive and the information is really good.
The tram to see saturnV was all done in 45 min.
We were back at the centre and walked up 5 storeys of stairs to access the shuttle internal viewing and 747 viewing which was generally good and informative.
a shame that the shuttle is a fake though.
back inside the centre and we walked around the various exhibits which were interesting.
the food court was huge and offered a good range of food.
the shop was good and a wide range of products.
i wanted to buy a good houston space centre polo shirt with a shuttle on it and there was only one dull green one which was horrible.
most clothes were overpriced hoodies and not great designs.
i hate round neck T shirts - guys get some V neck ones in !!
Although there were actually very few real big stuff rockets i still enjoyed the visit and recommend it.
