While travelling from Dubai to Mumbai on EK 508 on 6th July, I requested the Airhostess for water as I wanted to take the medicine after my lunch. I was given a reply 'As soon as I can". I requested her 3 times but got the same reply. I, then, asked another Airhostess ( twice), I did not get it, When my co-passenger called her for something, I asked her why couldn't she give me a plain glass of water. I guess they simply want to tick the boxes for their duties and if any thing other than that is required, they don't listen to the passenger. I found this attitude even at an earlier flight. May be some other passengers will have same views as I saw many shouting for help on one thing or another. Its high time Emirates improves on its Customer Service.
