Without a doubt Yuval is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Yuvi , he arrived early and was waiting to pick us up. We felt safe and welcomed, a fantastic start! We were 3 seniors who had never been to Haifa and didn't know what to expect. Yuvi made us feel comfortable right away and answered all our questions. Yuvi was extremely informative, very flexible during the tours and we saw everything we wanted. He is well spoken in English and was invested in telling us everything he knew about Haifa, the Sea of Galilee, the Israeli history and culture. He is genuinely concerned about his visitors and is proud to show you his beautiful country. We had two great days of touring which obviously added up to a great experience for us. We recently booked two full days of private tours in Haifa with Yuvi tours. All we needed to provide was a general list of things we wanted to see and he was able to make suggestions or additions that were superb. Day 1 was to Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Sea of Galilee, Capernum. Day 2 was the Haifa Area, Ceasarea, Akko. Yuval (Yuvi) was beyond fantastic. His knowledge of the sites in Israel is wonderful. He was able to share personal experiences and past experiences that others had to make things very interesting. He was always prompt in the mornings and he knew the best places to stop and was super flexible. His knowledge of the Historical sites as well as the History of the country is great. Yuvi provided an outstanding 5-day tour of Israel for our family of five, plus a friend. Here are specific things we all appreciated about Yuvi: 1. He's very warm and friendly, flexible, and easy to be around. He balances guiding you with giving you space. He's very good at this. 2. He knows his stuff. He explains not only the sites and history, but is totally open to any questions about Israel or culture. 3. I know he guides large groups, but he guided our group of six around the people traffic jams and showed us things that may be more difficult with a larger group. He was nimble with us, which made it enjoyable. 4. He pointed us to some great restaurants and food options. He could do both high end and street food. 5. Always early, accommodating, and fun.
