The tour operator was VERY difficult to work with. The operator asked that we move from Aug 2, first scheduled date, to Aug 1 for THEIR convenience. Aug 1 was the day after our scheduled arrival from the US. It was not good for us, but we accepted THEIR request. We then had a flight delay from the US to Copenhagen, due to mechanical problems on our flight from Dallas to JFK, causing us to miss our connection to Copenhagen, and arrive on Aug 1. We missed the tour. Our CC had already been charged, so we had NO leverage in trying to negotiate any refund. And they had no openings for the next 3 days for this tour, so we had to accept their offer of a 50% refund. We were willing to help them in their time of need, but we were punished by them when we needed help due to problems beyond our control. VERY unsatisfactory experience.
