I’d definitely recommend this tour, though if you’re limited on time I’d prioritise Schindler’s Factory or Auschwitz first. You can combine tours into one day, but it’s very long and tiring—we split them over separate days and found that much better.
Pick-up was smooth and our driver was lovely, on time, and full of helpful tips. The guide was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and gave us plenty of time in each room without feeling rushed. Headphones are provided, but check they’re charged as it’s hard to hear without them in a large group.
There are short comfort breaks with shops for food and drink, but prices are high, so bring your own water and snacks. Be prepared for lots of walking, uneven ground, and very few places to sit. The temperature underground is comfortable, but you’ll need to walk down around 40 flights of stairs (there’s a small, crowded lift for the return).
Overall, a very well-organised and fascinating experience that’s definitely worth doing—just plan ahead, wear good footwear, and give yourself time to enjoy it fully.
