Privater Transfer vom Flughafen Punta Cana nach La Romana

Gave me the round-about and lied to me in both directions. On the way to the hotel, I waited at the airport for two hours standing in the heat with my two backpacks on equaling 40lbs while the representative kept telling me, "5 more minutes" for two hours! At the bare minimum they could have told me the truth and I could have taken my backpacks off. I was traveling at my friend who arrived on another plane two hours after mine. We could have saved $160 and not booked separate transportations had they not lied to me. After she got off her flight, her transportation took her right away to the hotel and I kept waiting. I never regretted booking with this company more... until it came time for the return trip. I checked with the lobby the day before my flight, as instructed, expecting a departure time 3 hours before my flight like everyone else. To my surprise, they booked me 5 hours before my flight and refused to change it. They told me at the desk that it was out of their hands and I had to call. I called and they told me it was out of their hands and I had to check with the desk. They sent me in circles for hours until I gave up. Once again, I should have gone with my friend who is being picked up 3 hours before her flight, but I paid extra to not wait for her / leave early with her. Let's see if they even come.

Once we found the booth at airport. Transfer was pertfect! Driver really wanted to get us there as fast as he could. Wowzers. Need for speed!!
