The ad was for a day trip with transfers included from/to our hotel. On the morning of our trip as we were waiting for the transfer I checked my emails and had a message saying we needed to arrange an uber at our own extra cost to go on the trip. The ad and confirmation email both stated that we would be picked up from our hotel and our hotel was listed on the booking page, but the tour company said this was an error and the trip should have only listed hotels in the punta cana region. The tour company has agreed to refund us once it has been logged with tripadvisor, but I am unable to find a way to contact tripadvisor without leaving this negative review. I will delete the review once refund has been confirmed.
