This is a SCAM and not worth your Money. This is NOT a private guided Tour , but just a private van with driver. I paid $380 while I could have spent ~$80 with Uber. The driver picked us up, and when we asked if he would join us in the Castle / palace he said "no". He called the agency and they mentioned that this is how Viator has setup . If we wanted a private tour guide we should have explicitly asked for one and it would have cost an additional $200ish. This is rotten advertising. The booking detail mentioned "private tour/guide" . I had read the reviews and was still ok with having a single person be the driver and tour guide, but the driver just sat in the car and waited for us and did NOT come with us inside the castle/palace to explain any of the culture/history of the sites. This review is not against the driver (Carlos) . He was kind and caring, he showed us around and drove the long way to show us the scenic route via the coast line.

Carlos war ein brillanter Führer, der mich herumführte. Wir haben viel in einen Tag gepackt. Er hat den Tag sehr auf mich zugeschnitten.

Um serviço de primeira qualidade, desde a reserva fácil e aos cuidados com os pequenos detalhes para tornar a experiência completa, principalmente com a indicação de um motorista e uma guia, e também de comprar os ingressos antecipados e a escolha do roteiro. Tivemos um dia incrível, estava chovendo o que nos fará voltar a Sintra, mas mesmo com o tempo feio conhecemos uma pessoa iluminada e radiante a Fabíola “Ruiva” que fez com que todos os momentos do dia fossem especiais, a sua atenção, cuidado e conhecimento fez a diferença nesse dia! O nosso motorista também ajudou, mas ela foi mais que especial! Agradeço imensamente e recomendo para todos! Obrigado!!!
