My wife and I bought tickets online for the 3:45 tour on February 10. We'd driven from Pensacola, FL that day. She's a huge fan and this was a bucket list item for her. The staff seemed disinterested, with the exception of one gentleman who was great to talk to in the "race track room". The house and room descriptions were interesting. Unfortunately, they decided to close early that day and not tell anyone about it, so we were surprised to be greeted with locked doors at about half of the "Elvis Discovery Exhibits". This was very disappointing, especially since the admission cost was over $170 for us. I probably wouldn't go back there.
