This was a highlight of our week in Tuscany. Daniel’s outgoing nature as host and chef created a fun atmosphere for our family of five adults, from the minute we pulled up after driving on gravel roads to get there. We learned a lot about tomatoes, sauces, garlic, pasta making, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as well as sharing it with the other previously unknown people in the class. The host’s two lovable Boxers and beautiful setting were a bonus. I’d do it again in a minute.
