I pici sono il piatto di Pasta più famoso della Provincia di Siena. Si tratta di un tipo di Pasta fatta a mano, più spessa dei normali spaghetti, che viene realizzata arrotolando l’impasto e sfregandolo con entrambe le mani; questo gesto viene appunto chiamato „appiciare“. Imparerete, divertendovi, a realizzare non solo i pici, ma anche tagliatelle e gustosi sughi per il condimento, come il ragù di carne, il sugo all’aglione o cacio e pepe. This was a highlight of our week in Tuscany. Daniel’s outgoing nature as host and chef created a fun atmosphere for our family of five adults, from the minute we pulled up after driving on gravel roads to get there. We learned a lot about tomatoes, sauces, garlic, pasta making, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as well as sharing it with the other previously unknown people in the class. The host’s two lovable Boxers and beautiful setting were a bonus. I’d do it again in a minute.

Fabulous pizza making with our group of six. Restaurant great, the instructors fun and helpful. Easy to learn and we made a great meal! Highly recommend

The class was small and personal. The woman leading was so helpful, we not only thoroughly enjoyed the class, but learned and enjoyed great food when finished. I would so do this again!!
