Wow - what a phenomenal experience. If you are interested in luxury camping, genuine kindness and the right level of medical professionalism ( twice daily checks) to keep you safe on your family adventure - Habari adventure are the stand our choice on the mountain. It starts with the way they take care of their porters - check the shoes! Stand out parts include their communications to get the journey organised - their lists of everything you need. Equipment what to rent /bring ( they have pretty much optimised the whole process) ends with morning coffee to your tent, hot water bottles to your tents and a full waited set table every morning and night - delicious food in abundance. You will be enormously grateful because the hiking/climbing/altitude is tough and dangerous. Couldn’t speak more highly of Leon and Dan and their team of porters - deeply good strong and kind men who will sing you up the mountain. They are phenomenal machines you will leave humbled at what these amazing people can do. The mountain is not to be underestimated- summit day is very very testing - Habari does everything it can to make it possible.

I had a great time in Tanzania with Habari Adventure (A local company recommended to us by a friend).We decided to do it this March because of the tight travel restrictions we had last year. Our guide Michael was awesome. In Fact the best guide I've ever had. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, experienced and lots of fun. Transport and accomodation was good.The provided meals were excellent thanks to our cook Remmy. I would recommend this company to anyone considering visiting Tanzania for a hike.

I have many good things to say about Habari Adventure, a local company in Moshi, Tanzania. We went on their 7-day Machame trip, and it was fantastic. Their guides are excellent. They know a lot, are friendly, and make sure you're safe. Right from the beginning, they worked hard to earn our trust. They were honest and open, which made us feel confident in their services. The Machame route is famous for its beautiful scenery, and it didn't disappoint, we even see glaciers on the summit day. The daily plans for this route are similar among different tour companies, so your guides and crew make the biggest difference to your experience. They also do medical checks and carry oxygen cylinders. Our main guide, Oscar is amazing and carries a variety of medications. He can take care of anything that comes your way. The guides, chef, and porters are all wonderful local people. They sing to cheer you up and make you feel like part of their family. They're all amazing. And the food! It's delicious and there's plenty of it. My advice is to eat a lot – it really helps! Habari Adventure has a lot of experience, and they've planned everything carefully. This means you can focus on climbing and not worry about anything. I highly recommend Habari Adventure team to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania.
