While the arrival transfer was smooth with no issues, the pick-up from the hotel was far from ideal. Our return flight to Australia was canceled due to a cyclone in Brisbane, causing a delay of 5 days. As a result, we changed hotels to one literally next door. I called Rosie Holidays to inform them of the change.
The day before our scheduled pick-up, I went to the Rosie Holidays desk at the resort’s reception, where I was told that the pick-up had to be from our previous resort (just next door) and that this could not be changed. This didn’t make any sense, as we had only moved next door. I had to take a 1-minute taxi ride to the original resort.
To make matters worse, the driver arrived without a child seat, which had been booked in advance. Fortunately, he managed to find one from another driver nearby, but this was an unnecessary inconvenience.
