The yoga and meditation session was great and I found the pranayama most beneficial for myself. Before starting the session we walked around the Stupa and Santoshi explained the history and meaning of it. The reiki healing was lovely at the end of the session.
Santoshi is a kind person, I felt comfortable with her and she was great at explaining and answering any questions I had.
I wish I had taken a pen and notebook so be sure to take one with you…I added notes to my phone so I could remember everything ????
Having read the previous review regarding the timing spent on yoga and being disappointed; The simple way to avoid disappointment is to be vocal about what you want. Santoshi is happy to accommodate your needs and does ask regularly, whereas I was happy to go with the set itinerary. Just say what you are wanting to focus on and no one will leave disappointed.
This session is just a small step in starting a journey and it’s up to us to carry on, practice and learn more…do not expect Santoshi to turn you into a Yogini Master in 2.5 hours ???? enjoy it
