    This museum is a must for anyone who loves Broadway, musicals, theater. It deserves 3-4 hours of your time with three floors of great content from video interviews to history of the theater in New York, to costumes to great detail about shows. I loved every minute and will go back. Also a great place to take a teenager who is interested in a career in theater, especially the first floor which covers all aspects of theater.

    So much fun, it very much exceeded my expectations. I spent two hours there, and wish I had gone a bit earlier as I had to leave to make a show on time. I’m usually not into museums, but I really enjoyed the Broadway Museum. One piece of advice you’ll only get as much out of it as you’ll put in - meaning read all the signs find out how these musical were made. My only note is I wish there was a bit more on the iconic plays that’s been on Broadway. And shout out to the super lovely staff.

    For fans of Broadway and theatre in general, this is a must visit when in NYC! The museum takes you through the timeline of the history of theater in America with displays and historical memorabilia, props, and costumes. Interactive sets allow you to walk though and learn more about key productions throughout the timeline. This gives visitors great selfie options. Photos are encouraged. The end of the tour walks visitors through what it takes to bring a production to Broadway, from idea to the curtain rising. Theater nerds will really enjoy!
