We thoroughly enjoyed our GoT Studio Tour. As we walked through, the rooms, costumes, scenes, all played out in our minds as to when that happened in the series. It's thrilling to stand where certain scenes were filmed. Very interesting are the arts department, the music department, costumes/design department, etc., where you see how it all came together. It's mind boggling to actually see (and hear if you opt for the audio headset) the overwhelming vast amount of thought, work, preparation, search for offsite filming sites, etc. etc. that goes on before the series even begins to think of the actual production stage. A fantastic gift shop at the end of the tour is worth checking out. The organization of this tour is well thought through, i.e. we really liked the GoT shuttle bus from "The Boulevard Mall" in Banbridge, that takes you directly to the filming studio, as there are no facilities for public parking at the studio. We highly recommend this tour.

I absolutely loved this . Firstly a big thank you to the staff. Everyone without exception were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were not just doing a job but were genuinely interested and interesting. Loads of interactive elements , lots of costumes and props and fascinating info about the making of the series. Seeing the costumes up close was fascinating. The detail had passed me by when I watched the shows. Seeing maergery Tyrell’s dress with the hand sewn roses and metal thorns brought home the quality of the production. I could go back and watch the series again just to look at the costume design . Any GOT fan would love this place and I would say it is essential to really give you an idea of the detail that went into the show. The only thing I would like to see is to be able to hold ( and swing ) replicas of the weapons . I am still a kid at heart and would love to hold oathkeeper and long claw. Oh and add a Direwolf in as well. 10/10.

It's probably a bit overpriced for what you get. Not as good as the the GoT walking tour in Dubrovnik for example or the Harry Potter Studio tour. Although having George RR Martin working in the ticket office was a nice touch. The amount of interactive stuff is impressive and seeing Jamie and Cercei s bodies laid out and the throne room destroyed adds a post apocalyptic feel (although shouldn't the Iron throne be melted down?) Anyway my wife loved it despite me being the bigger GoT nerd.
