Our chef, Luc, was very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm for the art of cooking! We not only received instruction in preparing a three course French meal, but also got great historical information about France, the origins of some of the things we prepared, and chefing as a vocation.
The location was clean, well lit, and very nicely decorated, with a well-fitted kitchen, and a separate dining area. The location was very easy to find as well!
