Professor Juan made this trip absolutely wonderful for us! From the very beginning he was friendly, engaging and demonstrated a thorough and deep knowledge of Mayan culture and history, answering any and call questions we had along the way! Chichen Itza was breathtaking. The Cenote was a welcome escape from the heat, and even had a rope swing. Juan brought us to a fantastic restaurant around Valladolid where we enjoyed some of the best Mexican and Mayan food we have ever had. Carolina and Fernanda were also a joy to interact with in planning the trip, and they both provided friendly and detailed instructions prior to the trip

Absolutely fantastic. Heriberto picked us up in a nice minibus with full AC and plenty of water. Heriberto was so knowledgeable and friendly and it was like spending the day with a family friend who was showing us around. We learnt so much about Chichen Itza and this was due to it being a VIP private tour and not as a group. We could take our time and really learn about the culture without being rushed or missing information because we were at the back of a group. After Chichen Itza we went to a Cenote (underground pool/river) and it was amazing. Heriberto took loads of photos for us as we were in the water and it has been magical to look at them since arriving home. He even took photos on his own phone and airdropped them to us, this was lovely as it meant that all three of us were in pictures instead of one person missing as they were the ones taking the photo! It was these little things that made the difference on the day. We then went to this lovely little town for a proper Mexican lunch and it was so nice. We asked Heriberto to eat with us as we felt so comfortable with him. He was no longer a tour guide, he was our friend. The trip was worth every penny to learn about Mexico and its culture from the past and also for today but what made this day even more special was Heriberto, he was friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely choose My Quest Concierge for any other trips that we have the next time we visit this part of Mexico
