The worst Viator experience I have had having used them for years and been very happy with the service. This particular subcontractor did not bother to turn up! Contacted me on what’s app whilst I was in the air on my flight into Singapore at 2pm for 6pm tour ( I was doing in my layover transfer ) and when I got off at 16.30 and responded and rang 23 times he did not pick up and rang me at 20.30 to tell me he has work life balance and left the office when you did not hear from me whilst I was on the plane ….the arrogance, I am flying out back into the UK at 6am tomorrow so can’t rebook and this ruined the little time I had to do something whilst passing in Singapore … hugely disappointed and in addition he is disputing a refund, hoping Viator will honour given the circumstances …
