Booked this transfer on Viator (also booked the return). Used category option provided which was applicable to me. Submitted hotel address on Viator AND on Carmel Limousine website as voucher instructs. Two weeks later, the day before departure, Carmel sends an email stating I "was CHARGED the wrong rate." I called and was told *I* booked the wrong transfer and they will not be able to service me unless I pay an ADDITIONAL $300+. I went to Viator's website to see they added 5 more transfer options, further breaking down the cities, since I booked and the new one which would be applicable to my travel isn't even $300 total if I were to book it as a new client, yet they're stating it would be $300 MORE than the $135 I already paid. The dispatcher I spoke with would not allow me to speak and flat out told me I would not be serviced unless I paid the additional $300+ right then. No if, ands, or buts. Extremely poor service.
