I changed our return pickup from villa to airport from 2 to 4 people to accommodate my husband and travel companion. I received confirmation email that it was not a problem. We had the same driver as we did for our initial pickup from airport to our villa and we tipped her well. She was clearly unhappy with the 4 of us and our luggage, even though we booked a private SUV to accommodate our bags. She refused to put the third row completely down so our things would fit and kept taking things in and out to try to make it fit, which it could not. Our husbands tried to help and she didn’t even acknowledge them. She finally put one part of third row down to make them fit. What sense is it to have that large of a vehicle, which we paid for, if we cannot be utilizing the space?? I still tipped her well but the customer service was not good.
