We booked this excursion for family time riding on the beach and through the forest after another ride had fallen through. The owner is very rude, the horses have very sore feet and are lame from their sore feet. The horses need to be better cared for and in better health. The owner told my husband he was too fat to ride (the advertise weight is not what the owner says a participate must weight) and then told my mother, because the saddle pinched her back, she had to get off, the owner grabbed the horse and pulled my mother and horse off to the side of the barn and told her to get off. Our tour guide was wonderful, the scenery was beautiful and riding on the beach was fun - until we noticed that the horses we hot, sweating and panting from riding on the beach. This experience was something we would not forget and I would not recommend supporting the owner as she did not even have hay to feed because she claimed it rained too much to hay the fields. I think any owner of any animal should be prepared for any weather and have resources to feed the animals they have. The owner lives in a very lavish house, but the horses are tied out to eat grass because they have no hay. Viator helped us get our money back from the owner for my husband and mother - the owner called me personally yelling and screaming at me.

I’m so happy I chose this horseback ride! It couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful scenery, well taken care of horses with great temperaments(Zeus and Harmony were perfectly picked for us!), and very kind people to make sure you’re comfortable! Our guide Javier was great! Our tour guide was Javier. He was absolutely amazing! It was the best experience. He was knowledgeable and fun to talk to and hang out with. The horses were gentle and well trained. Definitely go if you ever get the chance.
