Очень понравилось! Встретить рассвет на воздушном шаре - незабываемое впечатление. Очень милый пилот, с безопасностью все хорошо, не страшно совершенно. От видов захватывает дух! Все вокруг милые, даже слишком) после полета был завтрак, очень вкусно, красиво, наливают шампанское, детям соки. Так же можно было подержать сову и других птиц, тоже понравилось, особенно сыну. Вручили сертификаты о полете, немного напутали с именами, но ничего страшного, понимаю, что для иностранцев русские имена не всегда понятны)

There really aren't the words to describe this incredible experience. From collection to drop off there wasn't a single thing that could have been improved. I'm so disappointed that I didn't get everyone's names, because they all deserve a special mention. I was extremely nervous about getting on the balloon but one lady talked me through how safe it was and I am SO pleased I didnt let my nerves get in the way of a once in a lifetime experience. Our Captain JP was so friendly and got the perfect balance of allowing us to take in the serene feelings up high with the sunrise but also talking us through interesting facts about the balloon and also pointing out particular landmarks. Once back on the ground we were taken for a Bubble Breakfast where every single staff member was friendly, chatty and couldn't do enough to make this experience truly special. JP talked us through the history of ballooning and the reason behind the bubbles which was brilliant. A certificate at the end as well was a lovely touch! The final part of the experience was the visit by the birds where you could hold them if you wanted. Our daughter absolutely loved this and has said this was the highlight of her holiday! I cant articulate just how special this experience was and how incredible every member of staff was to us. If you're looking to tick off a bucket list experience in an unforgettable way, look no further than Action Flights as they were absolutely first class and I doubt that other companies offering the similar service will be executed as well.
