I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with your team. While I appreciate the opportunity to take part in the activities, I did encounter a few challenges I believe are important to bring to your attention.
During the excursion, I noticed staff members speaking about guests in Arabic while in their presence, knowing that we could not understand. When I raised this concern, I was informed it was simply because their colleagues did not understand English. I explained that this came across as unprofessional, and I understand that management addressed the issue with the staff. I appreciate that step, but I do hope further training can help ensure guests feel fully respected and included in future experiences.
In addition, my group had booked and paid for a hot air balloon ride, which unfortunately was canceled due to wind conditions. While I understand that safety must always come first, I would like to request information on how we can be reimbursed for the balloon ride that did not take place.
