We were full of expectations, but actually it was a bit disappointed.
First, we came to an english workshop and actually we were the only English speakers there, the others were Italian, so he did translate to English, but 80% of the time he spoke Italian so it wasn't so nice.
We do learned how to make an ice cream, but it was really basic: the mix of milk, cream and sugar as a base, using an ice cream machine and than adding chocolate to make a chocolate chips ice-cream.
I was there with my 13 years old daughter, and she wasn't enthusiastic at all.
The place is a bit crowd and you need to stand during this hour.
We paid for it 55 euros each, and i think that it was very expensive for this experience.
The owner is very nice guy, has good English, and for sure he is a professional in this field of ice-cream production. He is very creative with his owm flavors of ice-cream that he has in his shop.
