We were picked up way too early. Although the time was set for 7:00am, I asked to be picked up at 8:00am but wasn’t accommodated. Then the driver called me to tell me that she had already arrived at 6:30am. I told her that we were supposed to be picked up at 7:00am. She mentioned something about the traffic this and that and the sooner we left, the better. So i’m here in Rome not knowing where anything is so I went along to get along. The car again was very small and uncomfortable and could have used a wash. I paid close to $300 for another disappointing car SERVICE. Again people don’t be FOOLED by VIATOR telling you that you would be traveling in luxury because that is far from truth. It looks like they just call someone they know and ask if they could do them a favor. I purchased 3 cars for this trip and it cost me also $1,000 for the three cars. When I go on vacation, I try to treat myself SPECIAL BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THESE CARS AND THE DRIVERS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Anyway, the driver got her way and we arrived to the port so early that we were left outside the cruise terminal on a VERY COLD DAY freezing because the terminal wasn’t even opened to the public. Another VIATOR HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!
