I booked the tour after might. The good thing was they accepted my booking despite the late notice. My departure time was supposed to be at 10:00 am. A gentleman from the company sent a message to notify me that the tour guide overslept and told me it’s going to be postponed to 11:30. (I’d saved the text message). Then the guy called my cellphone and explained the situation. I tried to be nice and told him it’s okay with me and understood the situation. But when I told my wife, she is super superfluous and didn’t want to take the alternative. So I called the guy back and explained it to him. I tried to cancel the tour because my wife didn’t want to take it anymore and hope to get my money back, at least part of my money back. But the guy said when he called me I told him okay and that is considered as confirmed. I don’t think it’s fair because after all the tour company didn’t fulfill the contract in the first place. I should have my money back or at least part of my money back. Sorry for the mess.
