Edison was absoluely amazing in organizing the perfect 10+ experience from Rwanda to Uganda tour for 6 of us. Logistics and itinerary of this trip was efficient and so perfect that we also rate it 5 star+ Our guide Freddy is best in class, knowledgeable, caring and safe. He picked us up in the 1-year new Safari truck at the Kigali Fourpoint Sheraton--which is also a great pick-up point and hotel. All the food and accommodations exceeded our expectations, clean, comfortable and delicious. We had absolutely the most amazing time and thought a need to post great reviews for so other travelers may benefit from visiting Rwanda and Uganda with the best travel company possible so they can enjoy the best possible experience. It was truly the treat of a lifetime to visit the Rwanda and Uganda. Bamboo Ecotour is very good and they deserve 6-star or 7-star. All the Gold Monkey, Gorilla, Chimpanzee and cultural experience are must-see. We can not thank enough or say enough good things about Edison and Freddy and this tour. I am so glad that we chose Bamboo Ecotours for our 6-day family trip through Rwanda and Uganda. Every detail of our trip was very well organized and orchestrated perfectly. Edison was very responsive answering all of my questions and helping us to come prepared for all of our activities and trekking excursions. John had all documentation ready and organized which made border crossing and checking in to our accommodations and activities fast and easy. We are so grateful to have visited such beautiful countries. Of course, our gorilla trek and visit to Queen Elizabeth National Park were amazing. We really enjoyed cultural experiences like visiting a Batwa community and a local coffee farm. This was an experience of a lifetime.

Spending time with the gorillas is something I will never forget. Together with trekking to the chimps and golden monkeys, other wildlife encounters, and enjoying the sheer beauty of these 2 countries, made this the most special experience.
