I was promised adjustment by hotel management, but after waiting almost 3 weeks ,I decided to share with people my experience.
They never follow up or deliver on their promise.
I was promised adjustment for inconvenience for my stay at your San Diego hotel in Imperial Beach from July 17 to 20th.
I have not received it within 20 days , and haven't received reply from Mr. Jones or his assistant.
They only gave points ,but not monetary compensation.
They overcharged my 3 day stay by almost $300 ( 100 per each day).
