WOW! Intense and exciting! This is not for anybody, not for anyone who is scared of heights and it helps to have a little experience climbing/repelling.
When they say bring trekking sandals, you actually need trekking shoes AND socks because that water gets COLD. They have some but it’s no guarantee they’ll have it in your size.
Don’t eat too much before you go (you’ll need to be at peak athleticism) and BE HYDRATED. There is a 25 minute hike before the waterfall that you do in a thick wet suit so keep that in mind.
Otherwise, staff will make sure you are safe and it was super fun! Right up there with sky diving for me, one of the craziest and exciting things I have done in my life!
