Amazing trip. Vincent was highly flexible from the start (turning down the yoga elements as we were not so keen on that) and adapting to our needs (more adventure, fishing and adrenaline). The route we took (Costa Esmerelda, Corsica and back to Costa Esmerelda) was brilliant. Our skipper (Serg) was a total legend - completely committed to his craft, keen to do anything we asked and a great sailing coach (for those of us keen to learn). The boat was extremely comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and snag-free. Cannot recommend more highly.

We had the most amazing week sailing around northern Sardinia and Corsica! Vincent is the most capable captain and sailed our catamaran under wind where possible and managed the tightest of moorings with skill and precision! He is a master of bringing very different personalities together so laughing and fun are to be expected all contributing to total wellness. Sailing itself is just pure joy, the freedom of the seas and knowing that every day another treat is in store, whether it be a secluded sandy cove for snorkelling, paddle boarding or swimming or an evening visit to a quaint old town for excellent local food, usually selected by Vincent having already experienced the best places to dine. Rita our top chef and nutritionist on board, is a delight, she always delivered beautifully presented, highly nutritious tasty food and she is a wonderfully warm, funny and interesting lady with many stories and facts to tell! We chose to exclude the yoga package as we had a fairly mixed group but this could have been practised solo should the need be there. There are plenty of opportunities plus space on deck. The trip is definitely recommended!!

This was our first sailing and wellness trip and it did not disappoint! From the moment we embarked in Olbia, Captain Vincent and his team made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and you could learn – and do – as little or as much as you wanted to. I have come away with new salad recipes from Rita who prepared our wonderful meals and my husband enjoyed learning a little more about sailing. Watching the sails unfurl and catch the wind for the first time at sea is such an amazing feeling! Highlights include Bonifacio with its houses so precariously set on the clifftop, Maddalena Island, anchoring at Caprera and watching the sailing teacher lead his young charges up and down in (almost!) perfect formation like little ducklings. If you can, definitely recommend spending the final evening in Olbia town which has a hidden vibrancy and a tiny shop selling (amongst other flavours) the darkest chocolate and pistachio ice cream that’s so good it makes you forget … just for a moment … how sad you are that the trip has come to an end.
