We loved the 5pm cooking class and had a blast with Sopheap. We toured the local market to learn about the vegetables and aromatics we would use for cooking and a vendor let us try their dried fruit. We chopped vegetables and made a dressing that was used as a dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls and the dressing for a mango salad. For our main dishes we had Amok and a chicken curry. There were vegetarian, fish, chicken and beef options. Everything was easy to make and tasted delicious since we could decide what to add or leave out. The class is held upstairs of the Paper Tiger restaurant. After everything is cooked, you eat what you made downstairs at the restaurant where you can order drinks and see all the excitement on Pub Street.
