Ping is by far the one of the best tour guides I have had. She is so charismatic and extremely knowledgeable. Pins is also extremely experienced and well prepared. She took amazing pictures of the group and personalized it according to the groups interest and background as well! After the tour, she gave us a thorough itinerary of additional things we could do and even walked some of the group members to the metro.
