When we arrived at the gate they said that we had to go to guest service to get park tickets. We went there, they had to make a call to Viator, they called the vendor and I was told that the tickets would be sent to my app in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I called Viator and they said that the vendor couldn't get us tickets until the 25th, we leave Singapore on the 22nd. I booked this package in December 2022, we paid $25 for a ride to Sentosa island on the day we had planned and paid in advance, and we weren't allowed to go in. They said that I could buy tickets at the gate since I was getting a refund (3 to 5 business days), we left very upset.
