Avoid Do not think of using Nero Tour EOOD taxi if you have any disability or any special request on your booking Here's our experience from Bourgas airport to sunny beach return taxi transfer,booked via booking.com We are a family of 4 adults my husband is a leg amputee does not walk and needs to transfer into saloon car via a transfer board So we need an ordinary saloon car for him to achieve this I liked the facility on booking.com to leave a message to the company of any requirements,which l did explaining our needs A week ago we arrived at the airport and a people carrier arrived for our journey having showed the driver my message they eventually sent another suitable taxi which took about 30 mins to arrive So l was apprehensive about our return journey, which was yesterday Wednesday l asked our hotel to call Nero and confirm what type of car we needed to complete our return journey Yesterday a people carrier arrived again,and the company would not send an accessible car for my husband We had to pay for a hotel taxi to return to the airport Please l carnt say how stressful this was for my husband and all family DO NOT USE NERO

We booked a transfer from Burgas Airport to Sunny Beach, and everything went perfectly. Our driver, Nikolay Kostadinov, was extremely polite and punctual. He was waiting for us at the arrivals area and kindly helped us with our luggage. Nikolay made sure we were comfortable and even offered us water after the flight, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The drive was smooth and safe—he is clearly a very good and experienced driver. Overall, we were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a great start to our trip!
