Their ad advised that pick up could be arranged at different hotels. We were advised through a platform that we did not have that pick would be different. I emailed the company and also texted their phone and called and left a message within hours of booking to see what time pick up was. Only reply was through the platform, that they would see there was no reply and not seeing the message. When we asked to change the booking to a different time to accommodate them not being able to pick up we have just continually been told that this is impossible and that they are booked out. So looking at their trip through Trip advisor there is plenty of availability on all other days that we asked to change to so we could use our tickets. Not only not helpful also lies about information and that they can not issue a refund as the platform won't allow it, we all know that this is wrong and they just have to authorize it.
