DISCLAIMER!: this tour is not for the average person. If you cannot STRENOUSLY exercise for 2 hour + periods on a weekly basis, run/jog a 5k (not walk), or are not in physically fit athletic condition ( be honest with yourself) then this tour will be a waste of time and money for you, and a possible health hazard due to the strenuous amounts of physical activity requirement, to make it to the summit. I am an avid gym goer, ex-college athlete, 25 years old and struggled at the rock climbing portions as well as the steepest hiking portion near the summit. The experience was absolutely breath taking though! The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the forest and city. I learned a lot and had a wonderful experience. If able bodied, I would most def. recommend this tour! It was fun and challenging and personally rewarding! Beautiful summit!
