We had a wonderful time with Geraud learning all about cheese. We had nine different cheeses to sample representing 9 different groups. Geraud was a great host with very interesting stories. He has strong connections with artisanal farmers. Geraud's cheeses are very unique and tasted amazing. My favourite was the le galet boise. It had an ever so slight walnut flavour which was amazing. I am not a white wine drinker but after tasting the wines paired with the different cheeses, I may just become a white wine drinker. This tasting workshop was well worth the money and we would highly recommend you give them a try. Or just go and buy some of Geraud’s cheeses. You will not be disappointed.
