3-stündige lokale Bar- und Izakaya-Tour in Tokio in der Gegend von Shinjuku

Kensuke and Yoshi are both amazing tour guides and they really know lots of local bars around Shinjuku. I went as a solo traveler and had an awesome time, they made sure everyone was having a good time and were really helpful all night. I did this tour twice and would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to see the nightlife of Shinjuku!

We enjoyed the company of fellow travellers on the tour. Our tour guide was very new, and he gave it a good go, but he could have been more confident in front of the large group when providing insights into the culture and the food/drink - maybe this will come with more time and practice. There were a few things that were frustrating on this tour. In particular the cover charges associated with the places chosen were not disclosed, and we were given the impression we were only bringing money for food and drink (and therefore assumed the cover charge would be included in the base cost of the tour). The cover charge seemed to be around 1000 yen when we could have gone to places without a cover charge in the same locations. Additionally, we were frustrated as the tour description made it seem that you pay for what you consume. however, small portions of food were chosen for the table and whether or not you ate, and no matter how much you drank you were expected to chip in evenly - effectively we subsidised others drinks, and there didn't seem to be an opportunity to order a full meal. It would have been good to know the expected cost of the food and drink before making the booking. Furthermore, the places chosen allowed indoor smoking, which is not the preference for most people on the tour, and we didn't enjoy sitting in rooms filled with the smell of smoke.

Wir starteten bei Omoide - Yokocho. Wir waren an einem großartigen Ort, der voll war. Wir hatten tolles Essen und Getränke. Das Essen war auf Spieße und wir alle teilten alles, was herauskam. Wir gingen in den 3. Stock und zogen unsere Schuhe aus und genossen die Gesellschaft des anderen. Alle auf der Kneipentour waren so interessant und äußerst nett. Ayana war so sympathisch und sorgte dafür, dass sie Zeit hatte, sich mit allen zu unterhalten, während sie die Gruppe leitete. Wir verbrachten ungefähr anderthalb Stunden am ersten Ort. Wir gingen zum nächsten Ort, der Golden Gai war. Die Bars waren voll, aber wir fanden eine leere namens Brian Bar, wir gingen die Treppe hinauf, zogen unsere Schuhe aus und entspannten uns einfach und tranken etwas, um die Nacht ausklingen zu lassen. Die anderen Leute auf dem Crawl und der Reiseleiter haben diese Nacht definitiv unglaublich gemacht. Mein Bruder und ich haben tolle Leute kennengelernt.
