Everything turned out well just as I planned. The resort had many activities for adults and kids. I also loved my garden view from my spacious balcony. The staff was friendly and in particular, Roshane and Lands. They were so cool to talk to while at the pool, they even played ball with my 3-year-old son while he was inside the pool. But a special thanks to Kayana the housekeeper for being honest. I left behind in one of the drawers of the room that I was staying in ALL of my bathing suits and my Gucci sunglasses. When I called the front desk, I was assisted by Sashae who works in the Security Department. She let me know that all my items were in their possession. She instructed me to contact the Front Desk Department to arrange to have them mail all the items to my hometown of Los Angeles, of course, I had to pay for this, but I did not care, I wanted my stuff back. Toni-Ann and Carolyn Hewitt from Guest Services were extremely professional and helped me in having my valuable items shipped to me. I was so happy that I was able to get all my stuff back! Thank you to all of you, a birthday trip I will always remember.
