The park and facilities were clean although some of the exhibits were looking a little tired and shabby. We were disappointed that most of the water park was closed off due to renovations. We took our two children, and paid the same price for both of them, however our youngest is only 1.2m tall and there were only a few rides she was allowed on. We felt the pricing structure was unfair and should relate to height rather than age. We found out that our 'tickets' we bought from this site were actually vouchers that we needed to exchange for tickets. Fortunately this can be done at the entrance to the park, so our initial concerns for our arrival were unfounded. Access to the park is about halfway down the main retail drag of a shopping mall - quite a walk and will add 10mins on your journey (not including any shopping you do!). Our taxi driver came with us to the park entrance, so that we could find it, which was thoughtful of him. The park was pleasantly warm in April and not very busy, with negligible queues for rides. I couldn't begin to imagine the horror of lengthy queues and heat during the height of summer - of note, shady table spots seemed few and far between for relaxing/eating away from the sun. The entry bracelets that adults and kids have to wear need to be pre-loading with money once in the park if you want to buy anything - queuing at the end of the day to get a refund for unspent funds is definitely going to be a tiresome buzz-kill though. You can also load the wristbands with 'fast track' ride access. Get there when it opens at 10am to maximise your day. The park closes at 5pm although there is an evening show put on in the Mall from around 8:30pm - note that this is outside of the theme park but is free. My guess is that the income they generate from people hanging around expensive restaurants and shops for 3 hours is adequate remuneration for putting on the show. Overall I'd say the park was 'ok' - fun but flawed.
