We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with, which made the booking process and check-in smooth and stress-free. The cabin was perfect for three couples. We were amazed at how large it was — there was plenty of space to spread out and never feel cramped, yet it still felt cozy and inviting. The layout worked really well for a group, with enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The location was also a big plus. It was an easy drive to Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge, so whether we wanted to explore the Great Smoky Mountains or head into town, everything was conveniently close. Inside, the cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The furniture was in great shape, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of dishes and supplies to make meals without any hassle. We were impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The only thing we noticed was that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but since we always travel with a fan, it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, this was an excellent stay. The combination of helpful staff, a clean and spacious cabin, and a convenient location made this the perfect place for our getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time riding around in the Smokies in the Jeep. They recommended a few routes and although we ran out of time to get to the majority of them, the ones we were able to do were beautiful. They took the time to show us how to take the soft top off and on and answered all our questions. The price seemed a little high but it was nice to be able to go where we wanted and not have to depend on a guided tour. The only thing I was a little troubled by was the play in the steering wheel. It may just be a thing with Jeeps and it ended up not being a big issue. The Jeep itself was in good shape and clean. The left rear view mirror woudl not remotely adjust. They thought that they may have gotten the wrong door on the Jeep when they had them all off at one time. It was not a problem. All in All, we had a great time and the Jeep was wonderful.

The rental and check in process was very smooth and instructions on how to operate the jeep, including putting the roof on and off were very clear. While I recognize it’s an “off road” vehicle, I would have expected the inside to be much cleaner than it was (just like any rental car). It was kind of dirty (grime along the dash and seats stained) and smelled pretty heavily of a perfumed cleanser. Pretty pricey for what you get. The vehicle also had 100,000 miles on it and handled as such- loose steering/clunky. I think it’s overrated for the price and wouldn’t do it again.
