Our tour was on 10/6/22 from 7 am to 3 pm. We arrived at Old Faithful on 10/5/22. Next morning got up at 5:30am drove about an hour to West Yellowstone and was at designated parking by 7. Pitch dark and no van! Called their number and got voicemail saying its full and cannot leave msg. At 7:03 emailed them with my cell no. but nobody called. Started driving around thinking we were at wrong place and around 7:20 am saw a van looking like theirs, followed it and it went to the location we were at 7 a.m.! Told the driver why they are late and she said well, you don't have to go!! I asked her whether can get a refund and she said she does not have any money on her and will refund our money (over $500! booked by our agent). We left therefore. Here is why they get a 0 rating: They are not refunding saying that is their policy and their driver did not offer us a refund and saying they were there on time... Here is another fact: why would we drive an hour the day after arrival, pitch dark and choose to not go and forfeit our money? If we wanted to forfeit we would have not driven an hour there and an hour back!
They were not there at 7 as we were instructed for a 7-3 tour. We got lucky to even find them 20 minutes later and they offered us a refund which then they said they did not. They cannot be trusted.
