Ecotours initially advised that they were unable to accomodate the booking on the initially requested date. I moved ALL of my tours around to accomodate the kayak tour with no issues. Come to the day prior to the booking, they advised that pickup would be at 9:15am. I had not initially seen this and noticed later - around 1pm, when my booking was made for; that they had said this. I called them to advise that my booking was for 1:30pm, not 9:30am. They advised that it was a clerical error on their end and apologized for the mistake.
Come to requesting the refund, they accepted to only refund HALF because they advised that pickup was at 9:15am. This is absolutely not acceptable and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. This is absolutely a mistake on Ecotours' behalf - it is NOT my job to double check your work.
They have provided the absolute worst experience I have ever seen and I would NOT recommend booking any tours with them.
