My group was invited into the chefs home where we made fresh pasta and tiramisu. We were able to learn the proper techniques, use traditional tools, and take the recipes. We were able to enjoy fresh cicchetti of different toppings with Italian wine. Then the next course of freshly made pasta was mixed with seasonal vegetables. Bring your appetites for the delicious dessert. It was a very hands on experience with only my group in her gorgeous home.
