The guide was lovely, and it was great to see the island of Capri, however if you want to get the full experience maybe staying for a night on the island would be better. The tour was mostly travel, 45min by ferry to the island, then the blue grotto was closed due to high tides. We had a nice boat ride of the island instead. Then caught a bus up the hill to lunch. After lunch we had 45min to explore which wasn't even enough time to get up the chair lift. So we were a little disappointed. Then had to wait around for the bus to get back down, before catching the 45min ferry back to Naples. If I travelled all the way from Rome (which some people did) I would have been extremely disappointed.
The Tour itself was well organised, I just don't feel it was worth the money as we only got to spend 45min to actually explore Capri.
