We were very interested to visit the Museum. You probably don't need to buy the 'Skip the Line' ticket as it wasn't busy when we got there.
We were a bit disappointed in the museum; there are a lot of very moving accounts on the walls from some of the many people who were forcibly evicted from District 6. However, we couldn't read a lot of the accounts as it was quite dark in the museum.
The contents of the museum are very visually striking ,but some of the information is a bit confusing. There was a section that we hoped would explain what the current situation is, but it didn't seem to do so.
There are guides who will take you round the museum but we had missed the chance to join the last guided tour. So, I suggest you do a guided tour if you go to the museum to ensure you get the best out of it.
We were able to find out more about the current situation re compensation etc, when we went on a walking tour of District 6 on another day.
