This tour operator was a NO SHOW.
They did not respond to any calls to the number that was listed on the booking confirmation voucher. They had no listed email and neither were they available on WhatsApp.
We had booked a vegan food tour in the morning and were waiting outside our hotel at 8:30 am sharp. No one turned up — we wait for half an hour more just to be sure but nothing.
We’ve asked for a full refund at the minimum from Viator through we booked this tour.
Please be very wary of this operator — Hanoi Tour Zone.
