Our tour guide, Elvis, was not only fantastic, but was very informative with the history of the movie and much much more! This 4hr private tour was everything I had hoped for and far more. The intimate setting of just 8 people makes it so much more personable than a huge tour bus with tons of people. I'm know we got to see much more than they did! My ONLY disappointment was the weather and not being able to see the beautiful Austrian peaks but, only mother nature's fault, I highly recommend! A dream come true for me on my 60th bday and their 60th anniversary.

This was a great tour of Salzberg and the Sound of Music film sites. Our driver/guide, Elvis, did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and fun, and patiently took many pictures of us. We enjoyed it immensely.

The Sound of Music Tour was so interesting, mainly because the guide told our group about the von Trapp family's actual experience vs. the movie version. It was, and still is, one of my favorite movies, but now I can view it from a different lens.
